Roger and Donna Betten are the heart behind Betten Energy FoundAutomation Engineering and empowerment.

Living in the rural Midwest, Roger and Donna have long been active in their local community. Their hands-on involvement includes establishing the  Trufant Lighthouse, an afterschool youth center, which later became Trufant Community Gym, a hub for fitness and connection for more than five years.

Their passion for giving back doesn’t stop at home. Throughout the years, they’ve supported numerous charitable causes across the United States. Now, they are expanding their impact to Zimbabwe, Donna’s homeland, where need meets opportunity and hope is rising.

At the core of Betten Energy Foundation is a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves access to education, sustainable energy, and compassionate care—no matter where they live.

Inspired by their faith, grounded in integrity, and fueled by a vision of global impact, Roger and Donna are committed to transforming lives one project, one partnership, and one community at a time.
